The speed of the mixer and the pressure of the top plug also affect the mixing time, so the mixing process is shortened as much as possible. Time and feeding time.

    8. Cooling water

The temperature of the cooling water is generally set at 15 degrees. The low-viscosity rubber is not easy to be cooled by hot water, the rotor is easy to stick, and the high-viscosity rubber is cooled by hot water. Increasing the temperature of the cooling water can shorten the mixing time, reduce energy consumption, and improve production efficiency.
