Main functional parts of LINA Dispersion Kineader:

1. Mixing part: This part contains rotors, kneading chamber, sealing device and so on.

2. Feeding part: It mainly consists of a right feed chamber and a bucket-shaped feed port and a feed gate. This part is mainly used for feeding and stocking.

3. Pressurizing part: It is mainly composed of an upper top bolt and a cylinder that pushes the upper top bolt to make the upper and lower reciprocating motions. The main function is to give the rubber a certain pressure, accelerate the rubber mixing process, and improve the rubber mixing effect.

4. The discharging part is mainly composed of a lower top plug 3 and a lower top bolt locking mechanism installed under the mixing chamber, and its main function is to discharge the rubber after the rubberizing is completed, that is, unloading. The lower plug can be cooled by cooling water, and the surface of the lower plug and the material should be welded with wear-resistant alloy to increase its wear resistance.

5. Driving part: Transmission part: mainly consists of motor, elastic coupling, reducer and toothed coupling. It is installed on the transmission base and its function is to transmit power.
