LINA Double Dust Proof System of Dispersion Kneader Gained National Invention Patent

Experiencing so many years of development and research, LINA new design Double Dust Proof Dispersion Kneader has successfully gained national invention patent for protection, this new technology invention is not only suitable for a wide range material including rubber, plastic compounds, elastomers, metal powder and ceramics but also other solids, semi-solid and powder materials etc.

LINA Environmental Dispersion internal mixer is surrounded by sealing dust proof cabinet and an enclosed space is formed. Based on the kneader`s internal dust collection device, an external dust collection is added, which can avoid powder pollution when feed powder material into the mixing chamber. This type of Dispersion Mixing Machine is designed on the base of Pressurized Dispersion Kneader, the flipping type is hydraulic, and the improvement is the double dust proof device. The raw material feeding of LINA`s dispersion kneader/mixer/Internal Mixer in the kneading process ensure that raw materials of various characteristics and shapes (solid & powder & liquid) are kneaded efficiently with high quality.

1. Better Dispersion Effect: The upgrade specifications of rotor, top and down ram is optimized to ensure the higher dispersion effect and material`s physical properties reach the best result.

2. The rotor blades are made of imported alloy steel which is not only ensure they are wearable but also durable. The rotor shaft is nitrided by 38CrMoAL and HV950-1050 treatment is achieved.

3. The surface that has direct contact with the material is sprayed and polished by tungsten carbide, the spraying equipment is imported from Germany. Tungsten carbide alloy is imported, and the wearable level of its surface is 10 times higher than conventional hard chrome plating surface.

4. The kneader is surrounded by closed dust proof cabinet and an enclosed space is formed. Based on the kneader`s internal dust collection device, an external dust collection is added, which can avoid powder pollution when feed powder material into the mixing chamber.

3. One year's non-charge warranty period is provided for units in normal operation and long-term spare parts/components are available. During the warranty period, the supplier, within three hours since receipt of purchaser's notice of any equipment fault, shall provide express solution, and, if necessary, assign service engineer(s) to site across China within 72 hours or site in Pearl River Delta within 5 hours (excluding travel time). Response time for customers overseas shall be agreed upon otherwise based on application for visa and accessibility to the customer's location.
