Reducer
The reducer is an important part of the equipment. Once worn, the maintenance cost is high, so it needs paying attention. First of all,add the lubricating oil into the reducer, whether it is the No. 18 hyperbolic gear oil or the No. 220 industrial heavy-duty extreme pressure gear oil,and all of them needs to be replaced once a year, which is very important for protecting the gear. In addition, open the top cover of the reducer and check if the gear is worn. If a gear wears out, it is recommended to replace it with new ones in time to avoid wear of chain gear.And check whether the reducer bearing has abnormal noise or whether the oil seal has oil leakage.
Mixing Chamber
Check the gap between the large shaft inside the mixing chamber and the side wall of the mixing chamber, whether the left and right sides are equal. If it is not equal, it indicates that there is a string axis phenomenon. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the cap of the large shaft end to adjust the position of the large shaft to avoid the mixing chamber worn by the side walls.
If the equipment leaks, it means that the mixing chamber sealing system needs maintenance. Especially when the equipment is used for many years, the side of the rotor shaft (large shaft) will wear out a groove. At this time, even if a new seal is replaced. The ring can only reduce the leakage effect. If you want to completely solve the leakage problem, you need to replace the alloy ring and seal ring.
Ram
The maintenance of the ram is mainly to check whether the sealing plate embedded in the four side walls is worn or broken. If there is serious wear, it needs to be updated in time to achieve better sealing and powder leakage prevention effect. And check the bearings in the mixing chamber for abnormal noise and inject lubricant in time.
