The rubber pre-forming machine is a high-precision and high-efficiency rubber blanking equipment. It can produce all kinds of medium and high hardness, various shapes of blanks, and the precision of the blank is high, no bubbles, suitable for the production of rubber miscellaneous pieces and oil seals. , O-rings, tennis, golf, valves, soles, auto parts, medicine, agricultural granulation and other products.

Rubber preforming is a ram-type machine consisting mainly of an extrusion device, a hydraulic system, a vacuum system, a water circulation system, an electric heating system, a pneumatic system and a cutting system, and an electronic control system:

1. Extrusion device: It consists of hydraulic cylinder, barrel and head.
2. Hydraulic device: High-pressure gear pump and flow valve are selected. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by the flow valve. The differential pressure valve before and after throttling is always controlled at a constant value to ensure accurate control of the weight of the extruded blank.
3. Pneumatic device: used to control the opening and closing of the machine head.
4, vacuum system: before the extrusion of the rubber material, vacuum first, remove the air inside the barrel, the head and the gas contained in the rubber compound, so as to improve the quality of the next process of vulcanized products.
5. Heating system: The water circulation heating mode is adopted, and the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital thermostat. Ensure that the temperature of the nose and barrel is constant.
6. Cutting device: It consists of frame, motor and deceleration system. The cutting motor adopts the frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, and a conveyor is installed at the lower part of the frame.
7, using high-definition LCD touch screen and PLC to achieve fully automatic control operation.
8. Using the electronic weighing feedback system communication control, the knife speed is automatically adjusted to achieve the required weight of the cut blank.
