Three Common Fault and Solution to Two Roll Mill

The Two roll mill is an indispensable equipment for rubber products factories. In the process of using it, some faults may occur due to misoperation. If there is a big problem, you can contact our supplier for repair. For minor faults,you can try to repair it by yourselves. There are three solution to three kinds of mechanical fault:

1.Disassemble the transmission gear: Note that the corresponding meshing teeth of a set of gears should be marked. When assembling, the meshing teeth of the meshing gear also should be installed to original location,to avoid the noise of the gearing of two roll mill gear.

2.When grinding the working surface of two roll mill, in order to meet the working requirements, try not to reduce the diameter of working surface too much,to avoid the mesh interference of the gear transmission at the roller end.

3.Meshing spur gear,if the meshing tooth surface wears,the pair of two roll mill gears can be turned 180°and assembled, so that the other involute tooth surface meshing transmission of the pair of gears can reduce the noise of the pair of gears by transmission of meshing.
