Working principle of Rubber Internal Mixer:

The internal mixer is a kind of machine with a pair of rotors of specific shape and relative rotation, which intermittently masticates and kneads the rubber in a closed state with adjustable temperature and pressure.

The internal mixer is mainly composed of a mixing chamber, a rotor, a rotor sealing device, a feeding and pressing device, a discharging device, a transmission device and a machine base.

1. Chemical raw material rubber and other additives are mixed or masticated under airtight, pressurized and temperature-controlled conditions. 5. The junction between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the hanging wall of the frame adopts Taiwan technology, which has good sealing and dustproof effect. The end face of the rotor adopts a contact external pressure type non-lubricated sealing structure, which is wear-resistant and durable.

6. The turning mechanism adopts the torus enveloping worm pair (TOP) with high transmission efficiency and large carrying capacity, and can realize non-stop unloading, which avoids frequent starting of the motor and greatly prolongs its service life.
