We can dismantle the Internal Mixer and check the fixed circle. If the drag contact surface is not damaged, but the contact rate is low, it needs to be run-in. The running-in time is more than 4-8h, and the contact surface cannot be cut off during running-in.

2. There are hard particles between the mixing motor ring and the fixed ring, which will strain the contact surface, so that the contact surface cannot form a sealing oil film

If the moving coil is damaged, it needs to be repaired by grinding with whetstone, and a special device is required for grinding. The fixed ring is a two-half structure, which can be disassembled for grinding. After the planes of the moving ring and the fixed ring are ground, the fixed ring is assembled, and the grinding is carried out at a slow speed for several hours. Lubricating oil during grinding

3. The alloy of the internal mixing motor ring falls off
Just replace the moving coil, and then run the fixed moving coil for a few hours to solve the problem
