When using steam for heating, safety valves and pressure gauges should be installed at the inlet pipe, and the steam pressure should not exceed the pressure requirements of the mixing tank according to the label knowledge.

3. When mixing slurry and kneading, reduce the use of reversal. All lubricating parts should be filled with oil frequently, and there should be no leakage of raw materials in the sealing part of the wallboard.

4. The belt tightness is appropriate. Regularly check and adjust or replace. The steam pipeline is not allowed to leak. The valve should be closed when the machine is out of service, and the reliability of the safety valve pressure gauge should be ensured.
