Accompanied by engineers, the customer inspected the production workshop on the spot, focusing on detailed on-site inspection and dynamic test machine for the appearance structure and equipment performance of the target production line. After rigorous and meticulous inspection throughout the process, the customer was very satisfied with the equipment acceptance results and highly recognized and appreciated the equipment. Break through the bottleneck of ultra-thin sheet/high-precision sheet technology in the industry
01 With high-precision/ultra-thin multi-roll Calender as the main body, mixing/leading sheet/cold sheet/laminating film winding/unwinding/corrosion removal/baking sheet/online dynamic thickness measurement and flaw measurement instrument/automatic fixed-length winding/online measurement A production line supplemented by weight instruments, etc.; 02 Partially adopts the comprehensive technology of the new hydraulic distance control and stable distance numerical control system, high-precision sensing system and temperature control system, and the safety prevention and control system of the whole line, achieving the consistency and stability of ultra-thin and high-precision. This project breaks through the technical bottleneck of large-scale multi-roll calenders used to produce ultra-thin sheets/high-precision sheets in large quantities, which has been difficult to overcome in the industry. Here, I would like to thank Lina`s technical elite team. Since the total weight of the production line is nearly 50 tons, and the weight of the rolling machine is about 30 tons. The technical research group exerts a consistent style of exploration and innovation, strives for excellence, and overcomes difficulties. It maintains full communication with customers at all times, reasonably disassembles the structure and implements weight divisions. It not only achieves the size and weight of the disassembly and assembly of the export, but also does not affect the performance of the equipment. , For example, the rollers adopt the internationally popular 45-type arrangement, realize industrial power saving technology and innovatively set the transmission part inside the coupling during the design process, the unit structure is more compact, and the floor space can be greatly saved , which meets the attribute requirements for the European region.
