Pay Attention to EVA Plastic Granulation Problems !!!

LINA Machinery reminds you that when using EVA granulation, in addition to the general warnings of the granulator, you must also pay attention to the following points

Boot sequence
1. Prepare the site environment before production to check whether the water, electricity, tools, and materials are all in order.
2. Distinguish material properties, set each pivot temperature, check and confirm that the heating coil is working properly.
3. Open the auxiliary machine die temperature control for preheating.
4. When the auxiliary machine die is pre-heated to about 100°C, turn on the 2 to 9-axis temperature control to warm it up.
5. When each pivot temperature is about 10-15 minutes before the set temperature is reached, one pivot and 10 pivot temperature controls are turned on.
6. After the temperature of each part reaches the set value, raise the auxiliary machine die.
7. Start the auxiliary machine.
8. Empty excess material in the machine.
9. Turn on the pelletizer in sequence.
10. Recycle water.
11. Auxiliary machine.
12. Host.
13. Variable frequency press machine.
14. After the parts are in normal operation, start feeding.
15. Host discharge port ignition.
16. After a period of discharge, observe the discharge from the discharge port and correct and confirm the temperature control temperature.
17. Observe the discharge condition below the auxiliary machine die, lower the die after aging and fluid flow.
18. Transfer to normal production.

19. Data on the operation of equipment and temperature values in the production process are recorded in the class log and retained.

Use caution
1. EVA material is a flammable material. Except for the fire used in the production of equipment, smoking is strictly prohibited in the production area and raw material area. Prevent fire accidents.
2. Improper temperature regulation in the production process may cause charring phenomenon, carbonization will cause the screw barrel to lock up and abnormal wear accidents. Therefore, high temperature is forbidden before and during the shutdown process, every two hours during the production process and each time the machine is shut down. Broken raw material cleaning screw barrel.
3. When using pure high-grade materials, 80-120 mesh stainless steel screens are used, and when using miscellaneous materials, 60- to 100-mesh iron screens are used. The low-grade powder is made of 20~40 mesh iron screen.

Note: This description is only applicable to Li Na brand single screw granulation. Other brand granulators are for reference only!
