The Rubber Extruder needs to raise the temperature of the equipment before producing the product. When the temperature rises to the temperature we need,the equipment can be operated and at the same time the rubber extruder's feeding system can be filled with rubber. After the rubber enters the screw barrel through the feeding system, it will be heated and plasticized,and the screw will perform a series of processing such as shearing, compression,and mixing.

Then the product shape we need will be extruded at the die of the rubber extruder. During the continuous operation of the equipment,the continuous interaction between the rubber and the screw barrel leads to the continuous pressure extrusion of the equipment to generate self-produced temperature. The temperature will get higher and higher with the operation of the equipment, and if the temperature of the rubber in the extruder barrel is too high,it will cause the rubber to become severely rocked and even scorch in the barrel. Therefore,when we produce rubber products,we must control the temperature of the screw barrel of the rubber extruder within a certain constant temperature range.

RUBBER

We usually use a mold temperature unit to control the temperature of each section of the barrel of the equipment. When the temperature reaches the upper temperature limit set by us,cold water will be automatically supplied to cool the barrel and screw of the rubber extruder. In this case,the temperature of the rubber extruder will drop as the cooling system works. After the temperature of the rubber extruder drops to a certain temperature,the temperature control system will automatically stop cooling and the equipment continues to run. In this way,the temperature of the rubber extruder will be kept within a certain constant temperature range during the work,so as to achieve the production environment we need.
