4. According to the design volume of the machine, it is divided into: 1-6000 liters;
5. According to the different heating medium, it is divided into normal temperature type, steam heating type, heat conduction oil oil bath electric heating type and water cooling type;
6. According to the weight of the load and the degree of impact, it is divided into standard type and aggravated strength type;

After our kneader is purchased and installed, the first thing to do is to clean, decontaminate and wipe the anti-rust grease inside the machine. In addition, check whether there is enough lubricating oil at each lubricating point of the machine. If not, you need to inject lubricating oil (grease). The oil pool is lubricated and replaced every three months.
