The Rubber Extruder only plays the role of extrusion molding in the process of producing rubber products. After the production is completed, most rubber products need to be vulcanized with vulcanization equipment to finally become the products we need. For example, when the rubber sealing strip is produced, a hot air vulcanizing box is needed for vulcanization. Before the production of rubber products, the rubber must be mixed and smelted. After the rubber is processed, the rubber extruder can be used for extrusion molding. Before we produce rubber products, we must first raise the temperature of the extruder barrel and screw. When the temperature of the equipment rises to the temperature we need, the equipment can be started and filled with rubber through the rubber feeding seat.
