1. The contact surface between the fixed ring and the moving ring of the internal mixer is uneven, and a sealing oil film cannot be formed.

Solution: Disassemble the internal mixer and check the fixed ring. If the contact surface is not damaged, but the contact rate is low, it needs to be run-in. The running-in time is more than 4-8 hours, and the contact surface cannot break the oil during the running-in process.

2. There are hard particles between the moving ring and the fixed ring of the internal mixer, which will damage the contact surface, so that the contact surface cannot form a sealing oil film.

Solution: If the moving coil is strained, it should be repaired by grinding with oilstone, and a special device is required for grinding. The fixed ring is a two-half structure, which can be disassembled for grinding. After the planes of the moving coil and the fixed coil are ground, assemble the fixed coil and grind for several hours at a slow speed, lubricating oil during the grinding process.

3. The alloy of the internal mixing motor ring falls off

Solution: Change the dynamic coil, then set it, and the dynamic coil runs for several hours.
